February 4, 2008:
Below you will find my resume as it has existed here since 2002. I dislike writing a resume and I am not good at it (one of the few things I am not good at). As I have been getting plenty of emails and phone calls based on this pretty old resume, I thought I would at least add this small paragraph on top with some updates.

In the last 6-7 years I have not done much with networking as my work at Autodaq/Autotradecenter/ATC-Onlane never required much. As it stands I gave up on achieving Cisco CCIE certification as I had no time to work on it nor did I have exposure to much networking beyond simple switch settings with VLANs, trunks and some basic EIGRP/OSPF routing. I have working a little bit more with Juniper Netscreen firewalls including their Netscreen Security Manager application.

As I have been getting calls and emails about DBA positions for Oracle, I would like to point out that I have worked with Oracle only as far it comes to 9i RAC and 10g RAC on the OS level. I have setup OCFS, OCFS2 and ClusterWare. In conjunction with this I have done work on HP MSA1000/1500 SANs, 3Par E200 and S400 SANs, and Brocade Silkworm switches.

Otherwise my work has mostly involved managing the growing server farm of ATC-Onlane, which stands nowadays at 150+ servers. This includes procurring of new hardware, managing hardware repairs (6 Hour Call to Repair with HP), OS installation and patching, OS management via cfengine, OS performance analyzing via collectd and own graphing scripts.
